What Are the MOPAR® Vehicle Protection Plans? 

New Vehicles

• Maximum Care — covers over 5,000 mechanical components. 
• Added Care Plus — covers over 800 powertrain components. 
• Guaranteed Automotive Protection (GAP) — takes care of the financial gap between what you owe on your vehicle and what your insurance will cover.

Pre-Owned

• Maximum Care — covers over 5,000 mechanical components. 
• Added Care Plus — covers over 800 powertrain components. 
• Guaranteed Automotive Protection (GAP) — takes care of the financial gap between what you owe on your vehicle and what your insurance will cover.

Lease

• Lease Wear & Tear — offers protection against exceedingly high wear and tear charges, up to $5,000. 
• Lease Protect — offers benefits like unlimited Paintless Dent Repair for dents, protection against glass and windshield damage, carpeting and floor mat damage, and tire and rim damage. Also provides key fob repair and replacement coverage. 
• Platinum Lease — provides Maximum Care mechanical coverage (deductible of $100), a car rental allowance, towing service, Roadside Assistance, key fob repair and replacement coverage, Auto Appearance Care, oil changes and tire rotations every 5,000 miles, and Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection. 

All Vehicles

• Road Hazard Tire & Wheel — provides total repair or replacement coverage for all four tires and wheels if the damages were caused by hazardous road conditions. 
• Auto Appearance — includes coverage for Paintless Dent Repair to remove dings and dents. 
• Scheduled Maintenance — get most of the routine services your vehicle needs to operate at its best. Offers different terms, with oil changes available at 5,000- or 10,000-mile intervals.

Is MOPAR® Vehicle Protection Transferable? 

Usually, but not always, the coverage remaining on a protection plan can be transferred to a new owner at the time of sale. There’s a $50 transfer fee, and if you financed your MOPAR® Vehicle Protection, the plan will need to be paid in full before it’s considered transferable.
