Buying

Do your prices really include dealer fees?
Yes — that’s our Transparent Pricing promise. Every listed price includes all dealer fees; only tax, title and registration get added.
How do I get pre-approved for financing?
Start online through our Finance page. The application only takes a few minutes, and our team works with a wide network of lenders serving first-time buyers and customers with a variety of credit situations. A credit inquiry may be required as part of the application and approval process.
Do you deliver vehicles to Lafayette or Logansport?
Yes. We regularly deliver vehicles to Lafayette, Logansport, Winamac, Rochester, and other communities within 100 miles of the dealership at no charge. Delivery beyond 100 miles, including nationwide delivery, can also be arranged; transportation charges may apply. Call (574) 475-8959 for more information.
Can you help me find a new or used vehicle that you do not have in stock?
Absolutely. For new vehicles, we can search our dealer network, arrange a dealer trade, or help you place a factory order when ordering is available.

For used vehicles, we typically search within a 500-mile radius—to find a vehicle that closely matches your preferred model, equipment, mileage, condition, and budget. We will review the vehicle information and pricing with you before moving forward.

What do I need to bring to buy a car?
Bring a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. If you are financing, the lender may also request proof of income or residence. If you are trading a vehicle, bring its title or current payoff information, registration, and all available keys and remotes.

Trade-Ins

How do I get my trade valued?
Start with the Sell Us Your Car tool for a quick estimate. An in-person appraisal allows us to confirm the vehicle’s equipment and condition and provide a firm offer. Most appraisals take approximately 15 minutes, and we can make an offer whether or not you purchase a vehicle from us.
I still owe money on my trade — can you handle that?
Yes. Trading a vehicle with an existing loan is extremely common, and we handle the payoff as part of the transaction. If you owe more than the vehicle is worth, we may be able to include some or all of the difference in your new financing, subject to lender approval, vehicle value, and loan terms.

Service

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended and help us prepare for your visit. You can reserve an appointment through our Schedule Service page. Walk-ins are welcome as availability allows, and some oil changes and tire services may be completed the same day.
Do you service vehicles you did not sell or vehicles from other brands?
Yes. Our factory-trained technicians service Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Wagoneer vehicles and can perform maintenance and many repairs on most other makes and models, regardless of where the vehicle was purchased.
Do you offer loaner vehicles or a shuttle?
Yes. Loaner vehicles are available for qualifying service visits when available, and we also offer local shuttle service. For customers who live within 10 miles of the dealership, we may also be able to pick up your vehicle from your home and return it after service. Loaners, shuttle rides, and vehicle pickup and delivery should be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
