I love the car I went and got from here. Phil is an amazing sells man. However I've had my car exactly one month (bought in February 2026)before it needed work done. I was so happy that I had paid for the warranty. I take the car in (3-12-26)and was told that they will get to it that they had to talk to the warranty company. That they would get in contact with me. I've heard nothing for weeks until I got tired of waiting and went in. Just to be told yeah they wanted to know if you want a new or used part we just haven't got to calling you yet. I told them I didn't care as long as I could get my car running. At this point I've been without my vehicle for two weeks. The part takes another week and half before they received it. That on the warranty company or whatever. Yet again no communication unless I call and I'm getting excuse after excuse why car still isn't done. Finally I'm told it would be ready to go on 4-8-2026. I finally get a call saying it's the wrong part and they need a new one. I get a courtesy car at this point. So I figure it would take atleast a week for the new part. I called in on 4-15-2026 and they tell me they have the part they going to try and get me on the scheduled to get it done this week. I don't get what he means by try. They have had my car over a month after excuse after excuse and they have the part and fixing the car they had that long isn't a priority! I don't recommend taken your car here for the fact the service center doesn't have the urgency and getting your car back to you. Stilling if Ian's when I ever get my car back that been fully paid of and I've only driven a month. (Update went in today my car is still messed up however Zack and Cody are working hard on my car to get it fixed. It was a misstep on my part due to how long it's been but it was waiting on the warrnty. History due recommend. They do everything they can to make it right!)

I was looking for a particular color (blue) Chrysler Pacifica and Brandi, Kylen, and Mark found one in 3 days! So friendly and helpful. This was a painless transaction. A great group of folks. Check this team out first before you buy a Chrysler product. You will not be disappointed.

I have been in the market for a Dodge Grand Caravan for a while. I saw one on Twin Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep website in Monticello, IN. Spoke to Sales Rep.Brandy on the phone. She said that she would have to have it sent over from their sister store in IL. but would have it here this afternoon. I met Brandy around 5 pm. The van had just arrived and was full of road salt but the inside was immaculate. I took it for a test drive and while Brandy and Seth looked over my trade-in. They gave me a great deal. We had the paperwork signed while they detailed the van and I was out by 6:30. Wonderful to deal with. Quick and efficient. Will definitely use Twin Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Monticello IN again when I am ready to trade.

If she didn’t know the answer she was upfront and admitted she didn’t know but offered to go ask or research to find the answer. She stayed late in the rain to make sure we had our chance to test drive the vehicle. We came a little over an hour to see the vehicle we were interested in. Prior to us coming, I looked up the VIN and plugged it into Kelly Blue Book to make sure the list price fell in the market value range that they listed it at. This dealership was the only one that had the vehicle listed in the market value range out of every chrysler dodge dealership in an hour radius from Kokomo. Seth in finance/sales took the time to negotiate a little with us on the price and show us the warranty packages. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are in the middle of nowhere but it was worth our drive and time. Purchase secured.

After an online inquiry, Vander reached out to let me know the jeep I had inquired about had been sold but had something else on the lot I may be interested in. I was not. He was kind about it, asking me what I was looking for, price range, what I would consider the normal salesmen questions. A few days later, he let me know that they had just received a jeep in with all the amenities I had been looking for. He was so flexible with my hectic work schedule, knowledgeable when I test drove the vehicle, and answered all my questions as they came up. Vander is personable, and just from the couple hours I spent with him, I could tell he cares about the people he’s doing business with. I did not feel pressured at any point during my initial requests or leading into purchasing my new jeep! Along with Vander, the other members of the team I interacted with were also kind and made my husband and I feel comfortable. I had great conversations with members of the staff and even shared a few laughs. I’m so thankful I stumbled up on Twin Lakes.

We walked in and was greeted by Vander Riese and his coworker they both was so helpful and respected what we were looking for.When we made our appointment we never thought we would ride home in our new vehicle less then 2 hours later. We totaled our vehicle less then a wk prior so we thought we had to fix that problem first.We recommend everyone to give this company a try before going to any other place . Of all things , we had their service center do a transmission 2nd opinion diagnostic on our 2020 Ford Edge and they did a fantastic job from diagnosing , working with our warranty company , keeping us informed through every step , and the repairs .

Service was great! Kevan took the time and went through everything with me and was sure to explain every detail! He was never negative and always had hope even when we had a minimum amount! If you are looking to buy a vehicle, definitely ask for Kevan!
